for me because is lack of regular exercise !
that why we need exercise ,exercise make u active and stamina .
what is the stamina .
someone allege have the stamina that hight if she able to do something work employment(involving the physical movement of the body)without stopping for long time, without show signs of tiredness,tired or asthma
stamina take a long time for the form, but take less time to remove normally, stamina an individual will lose 50% if you stop exercising for 2 weeks .
how so hard to make it , and how to easy to go , so exercise fo ur healthy ;)
